Hope you are doing well.

Coming to your question you have not mentioned if you have any category reservations. If you fall under the General category then I am sorry to say that based on your score  and last years cutoff it is difficult for you  to get into Government Medical College, Latur, as they had a cutoff of a score 551 and rank 23691 for the General category for the state quota seats. But for the ST category the cutoff score was 363 and rank 169249.

But the cutoffs do vary every year and it depends upon the number of candidates appearing for the exam, the difficulty level of the question paper, total seats available. So do try even in colleges where the cutoff is more, but around your score. So do keep hope.
