There are three government medical colleges in Patna. Last year the cutoff for SC candidate under 85% state quota was
- Indira Gandhi institute of medical science ,sheikpura, Patna (406)
- Nalanda medical college and hospital, Patna (407 marks)
- Patna medical college, Patna (445)
This means you cannot get admission in 3rd college listed above. And rest in other both you can easily get admission.

I am sorry to tell you but you will not get a seat under state quota in Patna Medical College, Patna as las year marks required in neet for Patna Medical College, Patna for sc category was 455 marks.
