The cut off marks for general category is usually in the range of 550 and above for AIQ counselling and 500 and above for State quota counselling. The score below 500 marks has lesser chance of admission through All India Quota counselling as there are a huge number of people participating for a limited number of seats. Therefore, your chances of admission with 465 marks in any state might be difficult.
