Hello

Sorry but with this score your chances of getting a govt medical college is quite not possible in Tamil nadu or any other states. Since the cutoff for govt colleges is quite high as compared to private colleges.

You can try for private or deemed colleges you have chances of getting a seat there.

Goodluck I hope this helps you

Hello Sifa,

Sorry to say  but , with 350 score and Belonging to OBC,  you might not get medical seat in tamilnadu,if you are specific about MBBS. Then it's better to attempt again, and remember that Cutoff marks have variations every year so don't loose hope and hope for the best ,

And apart from MBBS , you can also try for BHMS, BUMS , BAMS, Bvsc as well.

Hello student,

Tamil Nadu is one of the states in India with a pretty high cutoff for MBBS medical colleges. The cutoff for general category doesn't fall below 610 for any college for general category.

Even if you consider the cutoffs for Backward Category, the cutoff for government colleges are over 590 marks. Even for the private colleges witg government seats, the cutoff hardly falls to 510 mark.

As you don't reach either of the govt or pvt college cutoff, you can't get admission in these. Go for private seats in private colleges.

All the best!!
