sir my obc ncl rank is 21480 .as per this rank i should get iiit dharwad as the cutoff is 50k.i hv also given iiit as my choice

although you didn't mention any query i think you want to know why you haven't alloted a seat according to the cutoff.
reason is no matter what is the cutoff ,the students which actually get the admission have much less rank like that in you case irrespective of the fact that you have much lesser rank, you are not getting seat since students with better rank might have got the seat in this college .
