Sir my open rank is 94151 hai or BC rank is 40328 hai sir Mujhe bihar polytechnic me government Ya private me admission mil jaayega sir?

With this rank, chances are not good as this is not the sufficient rank to get admission into Govt or private colleges but it is advisable to give a last try till last round.
