And on the other side, you also fulfill the eligibilty criteria that is ≥60% marks or equivalent in Class X in five subjects (Compulsory subjects - English, Mathematics, Science and Social Studies. ... ≥60% marks in Class XII in five subjects (Compulsory subjects - Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Biology (PCM/PCB) & English.

So, go for it.

You need to score at least 210 in mains to get into any NIT considering your boards percentage.

You should know that roughly 1% in boards is equivalent to 10 marks in JEE.

Study hard for Mains or else try VITEEE and Manipal as they don't consider your board marks. Both are decent colleges you get the right stream.
