As per the eligibility criteria candidates must have passed class 12th in either 2016 or 2017 or 2018with minimum 60% aggregate marks in Physics, chemistry and Mathematics.



So your aggregate of 59% is for all subjects, try calculation of PCM Marks which should mostly be 60 percent above making you eligible for this exam.
