sir my percentile is 98.4 what my ews rank and can i get mechanical in top nits

Your EWS rank was around 2500 from my calculation and also you get mechanical in nits.
With such percentile and rank you can get admission into top NIT institutes like Surat, Goa, Jaipur,nagpur, calicut, warangal, surathkal, rourkela for branches like mechanical and CSE.
