Mishu, as a Candidate belonging to General Category, you should score a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It is the aggregate of these 3 subjects that is considered to determine the eligibility of NEET. So though your overall aggregate of 55%, because you only scored 45% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology, you cannot appear for NEET. But yes, if there is a provision of appearing for Improvement exams and improve your score, you can certainly do that. If you can improve your aggregate by 5%, you will become eligible for NEET.

As you said you have 45% as an aggregate percentage of physics chemistry and biology and also you are general category student. Dear student I am really sorry to tell you that you need to have at least 50% as an aggregate percentage in your physics chemistry and biology subjects being a general category student. And as you have less percentage than that you are not eligible to give Neet.
