Hello Aspirant,
See if you don't have your updated photograph in your AADHAR card and not even correct Date Of Birth then you should not have submitted AADHAR as your ID type in JEE-Main 2021 Application. But now as you have submitted so I would recommend you to carry any other valid ID proof which consists of correct ID proof as well as your latest photograph along with your AADHAR card.
JEE-Main 2021 February attempt will be conducted from February 23rd-26th and NTA has issued the guidelines for Exam day for the candidates and those all guidelines are described below :-
The candidate should carry the following things :-
- Admit Card
- One original valid photo identity proof issued by the government (PAN card, Driving License, Voter ID, Passport, Aadhaar card with photograph, E-Aadhar, Ration Card, Aadhaar enrollment number with photo).
- One passport size photograph (same as uploaded with the online application form of JEE Main 2021). This photograph will be required to paste it on the attendance sheet at the centre.
- Duly filled in self declaration form (Undertaking) downloaded from the NTA Website.
- A transparent Ball Point Pen.
- Personal hand sanitizer (50 ml).
- Personal transparent water bottle.
- Mask and gloves
- Sugar tablets/ whole fruits for candidates who are diabetic
- For drawing test (B.Arch paper part 3) - candidates have to bring their own geometry box, pencils, erasers, colour pencils/ crayons.
If you are diabetic then authorities have allowed carrying eatables like sugar tablets/fruits (like banana/apple/ orange) and transparent water bottle. However, you are not allowed to carry packed foods like chocolate/candy/sandwich into the examination hall.
Items which are prohibited at exam centre are also enlisted below :-
Electronic devices such as mobile phones, calculators, slide rules, log tables, printed or written material, bits of papers, pager, or any other device.

I hope this information helps you.
Good Luck!!
Hi Aspirant,
No it would not create any problem since the authorities are very much aware of this problem since most of us have pictures of our childhood in Adhaar which does not match with the current picture. They just use your adhhar as a proof of your citizenship and cross checking your name and date of birth.
Hope it helps!!
