I would like to suggest you that with this rank there are very less chances that you would get a seat in the second round of counselling as well. I suggest you to try for other colleges. Also i suggest you to reappear for the exam again with good preparations.

If you are from general category, I am afraid you have very little chance provided your marks and rank. You should try again next year with better preparation.
