As per last year cutoff, college was alloted with marks 65 and 251 rank under general category cutoff was little lower for other reserved categories so you seem to have decent chances of getting college but cutoff changes every year so it is difficult to tell exact chances. College will release the cutoff marks list along with cutoff rank list so you may go through that.
