My my point of view bhagalpur college of engineering is much better than bec patna..

Because of Highest Salary Package:9.7 LPA

Establishment Year:1960



Total Faculty Members:80

..

So decision is depends upon you...by the way both the colleges are reputant...so choose by your self...
