Hello, you can get Computer Science Engineering in Top colleges of Bangalore for your rank if you have reservation and belong to Karnataka state. If you belong to General or Open Category then it's difficult to get Computer Science Engineering in top colleges.

You have average rank. With this you can't get CSE in Good colleges in Bangalore but you can get decent colleges in Bangalore. Now, i am saying Bangalore because you want CSE and you can't get better exposure and opportunities other than Bangalore because you also know that Bangalore is IT Hub and there are very large no. of Tech Giants working in Bangalore and these companies also rarely prefer to visit other colleges outside bangalore in Karnataka unless they are IIT/NIT. So go for it and grab a seat your rank suggest you have a fair chance.
