Hello,
With your rank and category it is difficult to get into national and government aided colleges through JoSAA. I would suggest you to look for other state wise engineering entrance exams and other state level counselling that consider JEE Mains score. Some good colleges I would recommend are:
- DTU - Delhi Technological University
- University Institute of Engineering and Technology, PUSSG Regional Centre, Hoshiarpur
-
Dr. S.S. Bhatnagar University Institute of Chemical Engineering and Technology, Panjab University, Chandigarh
-
University Institute of Engineering and Technology, Panjab University, Chandigarh
Guru Tegh Bahadur Institute of Technology
Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology
GGSIPU - Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University

Hello Krishna. You mentioned you belong to OBC-NCL category. Based on your Category Rank in JEE Main 2021, you have good chances to get admission at several branches of NITs and few branches of IIITs. However, your performance is not up to the par to let you grab a seat at any institutes under GFTI.
Speaking of NIT, you are eligible to grab a seat at:
- NIT Rourkela (Biotech, Biomedical Engg, Ceramic Engg.)
- MNIT Jaipur (MME)
- NIT Kurukshetra (Industrial Engg and Mgt.)
- NIT Durgapur (Biotech, MME)
- NIT Andhra Pradesh (Biotech, MME, ME)
- NIT Hamirpur (CE, ME, Engg Physics, Materials Science and Engg.)
and more...
Apart from these, you have good chances at:
- IIIT Delhi (CS and Design/Engineering/Applied Math/Social Sc/Bioscience; ECE)
- IIIT Jabalpur (Smart Manufacturing)
