Sir, my rank in Psychology is 4 in St and 489 in general.Can i have a chance to get admission

Hello Aspirant,
You haven't mentioned the college that you wish to get admission in.
489 is a good rank but I would say that you have quite good and better chances of admission with your ST rank of 4.
Since most of the colleges have some percentage of seats reserved for ST category in each course, a rank of 4 will give you high chances of admission.
