Hello dear..
will be a no.! You can opt for the affiliated colleges through counselling. I would suggest you to take up universities such as SRM or VITbecause these colleges would be much better than the college you'd be getting through counselling. Moreover you can enter these universities through entrance examination.
Though the fee is a little bit high, you'll have a better chance of getting a job after your engineering in these universities.
