You will not get any good branch like CSE, MECH ,IT EEE, ECE branch in any of the campus at VIT UNIVERSITY through merit.

The only possibility of getting admission in your desired branch at VIT UNIVERSITY is through managment quota.

There are limited number of seat for each branch say 1000 in CSE Vellore. It has categories like:

Category 1: fee around 1.98 lakhs seats 500

Category 2: fee around 3.07 lakhs seats 250

Category 3: fee around 3.95 lakhs seats 150

Category 4: fee around 4.75 lakhs seats 100

The university doesn't disclose the marks, instead if you obtain a rank below 20–22k in the VITEEE, you can most assuredly get a seat. But if you are aiming for branches like CSE, IT, ECE or Mech, the rank should be much lower than 22k.
