Sir my rank in viteee is 71416. if there is any chance to get B.tech in vellore,chennai or amaravathi campus in computer science,artificial engineering, or ECE. what may be the fees structure.

No, it is very difficult for you to get Computer Science Engineering branch in Vellore Institute of Technology in Campuses like Vellore, Chennai or Amaravati, because your rank does not fall under previous Cutoffs for Computer Science Engineering branch in these Campuses.
