sir my rank is 142 in upsee exam and i am not pass in maths exam can I got admission in b.tech and i am giving improvement exam in maths sub

If you have 45% in three sub

Maths

Physics

And chem/bio

Then you has get coll

And go to improve next year but % Is low then u not applicable for applying
