As you are from Rajasthan you will come under the 15% outside quota.Admission to DTU,NSIT,IGDTUW and IIIT Delhi is done by JAC Delhi councelling.According to the past cutoff list you can easily get admission to any to these colleges.If you want to research or MS then prefer IIIT Delhi or NSIT>>DTU.If you want to do job after B tech then choose NSUT>>IIIT>>DTU>>IGDTUW.Coding culture is very good in all of the mentioned colleges.
