You have received a very high rank in AP EAMCET and at such a high rank, there is no way that you can get admission in a good engineering Institute including all the government engineering colleges. It is so because the number of seats available in such Institutes are limited in comparison to the number of applications. There may be some chances for you to get admission in Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati in Chemical Engineering as the closing rank for chemical engineering was close to 40000 last year back in 2019.
