Sir my rank is 30k in obc. And I got 90.76 percentile. Can I get iiit vadodara or any other. And I am a girl from Andhra Pradesh.

First of all, it is not possible to get a seat in IIIT VADODARA cause the closing cutoff rank at that institute is around 13k for obc category. So you should try for the other colleges which satisfy your rank.
