Sir my rank is 5672 in cee and i am st hills. Is there any chance to get any college?

As you have secured 5672 (St category) in Assam CEE 2019 which in itself is very poor and ofcurse it's very hard for you to make it to any college under Assam.
But definitely you acan try for other colleges in Assam which takes intake through CEE.
