sir my reap 2020 rank is 410 in ews can i get admission in mbm jodhpur in ece or mechanical branch?

According to the category rank in REAP you have mentioned in the question you cannot get MBM Engineering college,Jodhpur with either of the branches as per previous year's cut-offs.
Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
