You haven't mentioned the exam you are enquiring about. If there are discrepancies in the admit card you can reach the facilitation center, if provided, to correct the details in the admit card or you can contact the help desk to report the discrepancy and get is rectified. Please read the instructions given in the admit card and contact the help desk if the details are provided. After the discrepancies are rectified you will be able to download new admit card.
