You haven't mentioned in the question that you are eligible for 85% state qouta or not.

Nevermind, I'll tell you last year's cutoff ranks for both AIQ and STATE QOUTA.

AIQ- You won't be able to get Medical college, Baroda through all India qouta even with SC category as last year, a student with AIR 27118 was the last student to get a seat in this college after 1st round of seat allotment.

State qouta- You have a really good chance of getting a MBBS seat in this college under state qouta. Last year the cutoff rank in this college for SC category was 38766 AIR.
