Sir my sc merit is 141 in reap counseling . But mbm college and rtu college are not allot in any branch .why??I have doubt . Please clear my

I checked previous year cutoff. Then I found that I have got mbm college in cs branch . Now I am unhappy to allotted college and branch . Please tell me other options college and branch
