Hello Pritam,
You have not nenruomen any exam for which you got 4486th rank. So I am assuming that you have given WBJEE 2018.
As per your score in WBJEE 2018 you are in a good position as far as your admission is concerned.
Looking at the previous year cut off trend you can get admission in any branch except CSE and EC.
