sir. my sister got free seat in eamcet. she get vidhya dhivina. by jagaanna vidhya dhivina she pay fees at school. when I got free seat in polycet exm i also get vidhya dhivina, or jaganaana vasathi dhivina. my sister and me bot we get fees remembercement.

Sorry to inform you but you need to pay as the registration fee. It denotes booking the seat of the college. If you dont pay now then your registration for further rounds will be considered invalid.
However for some colleges, a part of the registration fee is reimbursed. I would recommend you to get in touch with the management of authorities for a better solution
