As per your said marks and as per the last year cutoff trend if your sister belongs to general category or obc category then just forget about the Maharashtra state government medical colleges. As the cutoff was more than 470 for obc and 500+ for general category.

It totally depends on the category you belong to. The cut off of NEET is different for different categories.
If yiu are from reserved category then only you have some chances to get a seat and that too very little.
If you are a general category student then start preparing again and get better results.
