Sorry to say but its difficult to get a government medical college with these score for an OBC candidate in Maharashtra.An OBC candidate requires atleast 560 and above marks in NEET exam to get admission in government medical college's of Maharashtra.
Yes you can get admission in private medical college's in Maharashtra by paying donation but the college's ask you to pay a huge donation and even their fees will be too high.We can't exactly tell you the amount they ask for donation you can contact the respective college's for the admission procedure.
