With GEN rank - 68814 and Category rank(OBC) - 18758 your son might not get admission in CSE or ECE stream in any of the NITs. In fact it's really difficult to get seat in branch in any of the NITs with the above mentioned rank.

Other College options which you might consider for your son are -

3 NIFT,Hatia,Ranchi etc.
