Your son score isn,t enough to secure seats in IITs or IIIT with UCEED score.His rank is around closing rank of IIT or IIIT elhi.HE may get IIIT delhi under SC category but chance of getting IIT is very low.For sureity wait till IIT or IIIT declares own cuttoff score for each category.

Right now nothing can be said about cuttoff Percentile for SC category.But 50.89 is too low even in SC category.
