As we know that there are few procedures through which this official proof documents are made and for making this you have some kind of proof. Now as i guess that you belong to Andra pradesh state and you are looking for the domicile certificate. So according to the procedure you should have proof that you are staying in that particular state from more than 10 years and you should have residence proof and many more documentation are required for that you have to visit to the Government office where this certificates are made. Hence if you fulfil this all criteria than you can easily get your domicile certificate.
