There is a chance that you get an IIT, but you won't get NITs or IIITs because these institutes give admission on the basis of JEE MAINS marks, and not advanced. So you have to check JEE MAINS score cut-offs according to the branch that you want and then you will know. The cut-offs for IITs are very high, but with your ST rank, you might get an IIT. But can't say anything without knowing the course that you are interested in.
