No can i get a govt clg seat.

i got 117 rank ( south ) in other state quota , 2020. can i get the seat in anna university. can we eligible for admission into private colleges through tnea 2020 counselling after closing the reserved seats ( after completion of south 12 seats )

Hello student,
You have not mentioned which category you belong to. If it is general or BC, then the possibilities are very less when comparing the results of previous years. For oc and BC category, a score of something which is not less than 195 or above would remain a safe zone to fetch one a seat in the Anna university main campus. But, if you go e under SC or St reservation, then you can get the branches of your choice under Anna University. Also, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats by which nothing can be predicted for sure. However you can go through the following link to know about the cut off's and ranks for the previous years and calculate your chances of selection

Yes I think you will get a seat for sure in Anna University.. that's a very good cutoff. So wait patiently ...
