Hi Anand, with a rank of 4900 in UPSEE 2019, you might be able to get BIET JHANSI, JSS NOIDA, KNIT SULTANPUR, GALGOTIA although CSE will be difficult. If you really want CSE, you should apply for it. You might get it. Some colleges mentioned above are good private colleges.
