Based on your rank you will be called either for the first or second round of counselling. If you get a chance to go in first,  then surely you can get the branch with specialisation of your choice. But, if you are called in the second round, Your admission in CSE branch depends upon the seats left . Nevertheless, you can go for the other branches too..

based on the past record,you do have a fair chance to get into mtech cse branch but as you see ,the trebd does change every time and year.
