sir my wbjee rank is 18k and my sc rank is 1.6k can I get any good govt or non govt college for cse, it ??

In wbjee all the seats are alloted on the basis of GMR rank and not your category rank

This is very difficult to predict which college you will get because cut off  keeps changing every year depending upon a number of factors like

--------)difficulty level of the WBJEE examination

--------)Kind of marks obtained by the students in the WBJEE exam

--------) number of students from different categories etc
