National Defense Academy recruits candidate on the basis of Written Round, SSB and finally Physical standard. The candidate must clear the Written and SSB rounds to appear in Physical round.

• For candidate aged 17-18, the physical standards is:

At 182 cm Height, weight approximately 64 kgs

• For candidate aged 16-17, the physical standards is:

At 182 cm Height, weight approximately 61 kgs
