First of all, a great congratulation for cracking NEET2019 and also with very good marks too.

You are likely to get any government/private medical seats across the India through 15% all India quota/85% state management quota as per your marks and on top of that with OBC category.

However, it is totally dependent on your choice of college during the councelling.

It is advised you to go through last year's merit list of top most medical colleges as it will give you rough idea and you can compare it with you AIR and marks.

Note: The merit list for different colleges every year changes.
