Listen , minimum marks required for qualifying NEET examination is at least 138 out of 720 .
You have not even scored the qualifying marks , I am really sorry to say but you are not eligible for participating or not eligible for getting BAMS course.
You should apply for NEET next year.

You have not mentioned your Caste Category, so I'm considering it as General Category and providing information based on it.
With 98 marks in NEET you did not qualify in NEET itself you might belong to what ever category. So, it is difficult to get BAM S seat based on your NEET UG score. You can try for paid seats if you are eligible for those seats.
NEET UG 2021 Cut-off:
---••• General Category: 50th Percentile - 720 - 138 Marks
---••• SC/ ST/ OBC: 40th Percentile - 137 - 108 Marks
---••• General - PwD: 45th Percentile - 137 - 122 Marks
---••• SC/ST/OBC-PwD - 40th Percentile - 121-108 Marks
