Prepare well for IIIT entrance exam (JEE mains and advanced). After preparation if you feel you can crack the exam then you can apply for TC from your college and In parallel you can write the exam and after getting results you can change your college to any IIIT you want.

If you want to leave your college you can leave it after first semester and you can completely focus on entrance exam. For that you have complete your semester without any backlogs.
