With a percentile of 92 in the obc y, it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the top NIT's or IIT's when comparing the results of previous years, as the closing ranks for the last year was around 2,000 for the best NIT's. Also, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats and state quotas.
