Sir on my admit card it is written that reporting time is 7:30 and gate closing time is 9:00 so at which time I should reach the centre .

Hi, It means that you can report at 7:30 am at centre. The entry process will begin at that time.
You ca also report to the center between 7:30 to 9:00am. But the gate will closed at 9:00 sharply. No further enteries will possible at that time.
So, I suggest you to report in between 8:00 to 8:30 am.
