Hi Gulshan,
Currently, no data regarding previous years seat matrix is available for COEP M. Tech program.
The current admission process has already been started and is underway. Registration for CAP seats is already over. Yet you can register for Non CAP seats.
If you have already registered then it's great, because the provisional seat matrix for the colleges will be displayed on 18/07/2019.
After it is declared it will be clear whether COEP provides ALL INDIA seats for M Tech Program. And if it provides, then surely you can apply through AI quota.
