sir ,Our HRD minister agrees to making iti 2 years course is equivalent to 12th in Bihar , patna etc. but when this rule will come in odisha

When this rule will be applicable in Odisha is not possible to tell as this is govt policy and rules but you should not wait and should do your higher education as if you want to do graduation then plus two is a must so ignore everything and study.
