Hy dear aspirant,

As per the rank mentioned, you have got a good rank to get admission for bvsc course in ap state. It is possible that you may get admission in colleges offering veterinary courses through farmer quota as you have a rank of 3050 in AP state .

You may expect to get admission in :

College of veterinary sciences
Sri venketaswara veterinary university
N.T.R. college of veterinary science

By chance, if the cut off goes higher, you can try out for private college offering bvsc course.
